I earned my JURIS DOCTORATE degree and earned credits for my Masters of Public Administration at
HAMLINE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW, ST. PAUL, MN in 1999.
I earned my BACHELOR OF ARTS degree in Communications, Business Administration, and Scandinavian Studies at CONCORDIA COLLEGE, MOORHEAD, MN in 1990.
I attended school and earned College Credits in Norwegian Language and Scandinavian History at the
